Our creams are made with farm fresh whole milk and cream, white sugar and the very best raw materials such as pistachio, cocoa and vanilla sourced from different regions. Creams are low in fat (c.8%) and sugar (c.18%).
Our sorbets are made with real fruit, white sugar and fresh purified water. Fruit accounts for c. 40% of our sorbets. Fruit sorbets are virtually fat free and contain c.20% sugar.
